New on Chicago’s Scene: Rhine-Hall Distillery

Join North Shore native Jenny Solberg, founder of Rhine Hall Distillery for a brandy and grappa tasting  on Saturday, December 6 from 1-4pm.

The family-run operation in West Town’s industrial corridor, specializes in brandy distilled with old-school Austrian methodology and fruit from southwestern Michigan. Their grappa is way smooth!

“It’s always been a family hobby,” says co-owner Jenny Solberg, and this passion is now a full-time family affair.
